Tanzanian singer Zuchu has announced her breakup with Diamond Platnumz in an Instagram post on February 23, 2024.
“I had to post this to clear my conscience,” Zuchu wrote. “From today, I and Nasibu (Diamond) are no longer together. I know this has been our thing, but as hard as it is to leave someone you love, I pray this is the end and I can start a new life. Love is respect, and unfortunately, that was missing between us.”

Zuchu went on to say that she and Diamond still have work together, and she wished him and his family the best. “We lived well, but I think this is not our destiny,” she wrote. “This year I have learned to say no to everything that does not give me happiness. After saying this, I see clearly that I am going to start a new page with a life full of happiness, freedom, and peace.”
Zuchu ended her post by saying that she is single and focused on her work.
