Qing Madi

Qing Madi, whose full name is Chimamanda Pearl Chukwuma, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and dancer. Born on July 1, 2006, in Benin City, she has quickly become a rising star in the global music scene. Her sound is a unique blend of Afrobeat, pop, soul, and R&B, which she has described as “Afro-R&B.”

Qing Madi’s career began to take off after her 2022 single “See Finish” went viral, especially on TikTok. She gained even wider recognition with her 2023 follow-up single “Ole,” which featured BNXN and topped charts in various African countries. She released her debut self-titled EP in 2023, showcasing her emotive vocals and catchy melodies, and has since released a full-length album titled “I am the Blueprint.” A classically trained ballerina, she also demonstrates her dancing skills in her music videos. Her music often explores themes of love, betrayal, and self-discovery, and she is known for her powerful yet soft stage presence.
