Willy Paul, whose real name is Wilson Abubakar Radido, is a well-known Kenyan artist, singer, and songwriter from Nairobi. He is the founder and CEO of Saldido International Entertainment. He initially rose to fame as a gospel artist and was even named the male artist of the year at the 2013 Groove Awards.
Over the years, Willy Paul has transitioned into a secular musician, blending various genres including Afro-pop, Bongo Flava, and Dancehall. This shift has sometimes sparked controversy but has also led to a number of popular hits. He is widely known for his collaborations with a variety of artists, both within Africa and internationally.
