Linex, whose full name is Sunday Mjeda, is a Tanzanian musician known for his Bongo Flava and Afro Pop music. He hails from the Kigoma Region and is recognized for incorporating the local Kiha language into his songs, which sets him apart from many other artists.
Throughout his career, he has released numerous popular songs, with some of his well-known tracks including “Salima,” “Kesho Yangu,” “Mama Halima,” and “Why Always Me.” He has also collaborated with prominent artists in the Tanzanian music industry, such as Diamond Platnumz on the song “Salima.” In addition to his music career, Linex has publicly spoken about his involvement in garlic and tobacco farming.
