Ugandan music sensation Joshua Baraka is finally set to drop his highly anticipated album, Juvie, on November 28, 2025. The announcement, featuring striking album art with a red and black motif and the prominent Juvie title, was shared by the artist himself.
The artist took to social media to confirm the release date and the start of the accompanying world tour, stating, “It took a while, but my debut album finally drops on 28.11.2025! Pre-save it NOW and if you’ve got your tickets, you will be the first to hear it LIVE.”
The album’s release will be immediately followed by his Juvie World Tour. The tour began on September 28 in Nairobi, followed by Helsinki, Finland on October 4. Other scheduled dates include Copenhagen, Denmark on October 5, Berlin, Germany on October 7, Manchester, United Kingdom on October 10, London, United Kingdom on October 11, and Nottingham, United Kingdom on November 8. The African leg of the tour concludes with shows in Kampala, Uganda on November 29 and Lagos, Nigeria on November 30.
Reflecting on the tour’s start, Joshua Baraka shared a positive sentiment about one of the earlier stops, saying, “Helsinki was such a lovely start to my JUVIE Tour ‘25. Will definitely be back soon.”
Leading up to the album, Baraka has already given fans a taste of the new music with the single “Dive in.” The single has been receiving significant airplay, with Soundcity Kenya promoting the track on their platform. A post by the Kenyan media house highlights the song’s popularity, saying, “Enjoy the new hit ‘Dive in’by @itsjoshuabaraka on on SoundcityKenya. Tune in to the homerun with @thaatneville to enjoy the wave.” The official YouTube audio release for “Dive In” confirms it was produced by JAE5 and released on October 6, 2025, suggesting it is the first official single from the upcoming Juvie album.
