Her musical journey began at a young age, and she gained national recognition in 2015 after finishing in third place in the Bongo Star Search competition. Following this, she took a break from music to pursue a career in broadcasting, working as a radio and TV presenter for various stations, including East African Radio and Clouds Media. She made a powerful comeback to the music scene with her single “Jibebe” in 2018.
