“Playboy,” a breathtaking new song from Fireboy DML of the YBNL Nation, has just been released from his hotly anticipated third studio album, which is due out later this year. The album’s first track is “Playboy,” was made available to the public a few weeks ago.

The Trace Awards and Summit 2025, held in Zanzibar from February 24-26, celebrated African and Afro-descendant musical excellence, with Rema and Tyla among the winners, and featured a summit focused on the continent's creative industries.
“Jealous,” the song that made him a star on his debut album “Laughter Tears and Goosebumps,” was later withdrawn, although he was still heard in late 2021 remixing Ed Sheeran’s “Peru.”
Fireboy DML, a Nigerian singer, is his stage name. In the wake of Olamide’s creation of YBNL Nation, he signed him to the label. Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps were released in 2019 as his debut studio album.
