Omole Oluwatobiloba Emmanuel popularly known by the mononym Tobiloba is a Nigerian-born Romania-based singer, songwriter, and theatrical producer.

Tobiloba works as a Medical Doctor in Psychiatry. When he is not doing music, Tobiloba also enjoys creating and organizing musical events in collaboration with various organizations through a Nonprofit organization, The N.D.I.C.Y vision which he founded in 2012.
